Deepak Rai is passionate about helping brands, start-ups, SMBs, MSMEs, enterprise win in the Digital First economy. After having worked with Fortune 100 companies and brands in USA for about 10 years, thereafter Middle East & Africa for 7.5 years and Asia Pacific for 2 years, Deepak decided to move to India to put his experience at work, learn from living and immersion in India and launch a full service Digital First company serving brands and companies of all sizes within India and globally. The companies formation are in process and will be announced soon. Meanwhile Deepak, Shruti and Shanaya are learning organic farming and getting connected to the five elements.

Shruti Thapa Rai and Deepak got married in Dharamshala in February 2011. For over a decade, on their visits to Shruti’s native beautiful Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh, India – they would always dream of contributing to their roots and starting the entrepreneurship journey in the beautiful Dhauladhar Himalayan mountain ranges. Young educated students move to the metros with a dream to gain rich experience and better earning opportunities. Deepak & Shruti always dreamt and spoke about what can be done to help retain and nurture local talent within Dharamshala and Himachal Pradesh and provide them skilling opportunities and exposure to global Digital innovation tools, technologies, projects and programs to work upon.

Deepak and Shruti decided to move to Dharamshala with their 6 years old daughter Shanaya and finally embark on the entrepreneurship journey.

Deepak is a Customer/Digital professional with 19 years of leadership experience in the areas of Digital Tech Strategy, Customer Journey & Experience Tech Stack, Omni Channel Digital Retailing, E-commerce, Marketing Tech, Advertising Tech, Customer Data Platform, Customer Experience, Customer Relationship Management, Data Measurement & Analytics, Marketing & Sales Operations Optimisation and Program Management.
